Becca Kelly’s Park Workout

As temperatures rise and Knoxville prepares to shed sweaters in favor of swimsuits, we chatted with Volume 6’s Becca Kelly, founder + and head trainer of BK X-Training. BK X is a personal-training business Becca established after years of training as an athlete. Combining her experience with a host of personal training and nutrition certifications, Becca started BK X-Training to share her passion for sports and empower others.

As a wife, mother, and small business owner, this Knoxville native knows the importance of quick, purpose-driven workouts. To help us integrate intentional movement, Becca shared a quick workout. No gym required. Take this half-hour circuit to Lakeshore Park, or any green space nearby, to get out, about, and moving – and don’t forget to sign up for her waitlist!

Finish with a plank! Hold as long as you can keep correct form!
